What is the difference between a
fatalistic “what will be will be” philosophy & a
trust in God’s sovereignty;
fatalistic “what will be will be” philosophy & a
trust in God’s sovereignty;
that He is in control of everything?
The first is hopeless resignation & wishingThe other is a CERTAIN HOPE based God's promise.
Also, on knowledge & a relationship with God the creator of the universe and all that is in it.
The only rational way to trust God consistently is to know Him personally & experience His faithfulness and as you experience trusting Him your confidence, faith and trust in Him will grow.
Rather than look to someone or something else, look to the one who made you, who loves you and who gave His life so that you can have a personal, eternal relationship with Him.
Get to KNOW God.
Learn to listen to Him, trust & obey Him.
Learn to REST in Him.
“Find rest, O my soul, in God alone;
my hope comes from Him.”Psalm 62:5 (NIV)
